Whether your books are up-to-date or several years behind, we will help you with your financial data entry.  We can get your business caught up and reconciled quickly and efficiently.  Perhaps your business is current, but experiencing a transition?  We’ll make sure your records stay updated and accurate

Full Service Bookkeeping

Do you have time to manage your accounts and expenses day to day? We can set up a bank account just for your bill paying service and have all of your bills directed to us for processing; we can also prepare and send your checks to you for signing.  All data is then entered into our accounting software and reconciled on a monthly basis for financial statement preparation

Payroll and Sales Tax Preparation

Full-service payroll is available or, we can work with your payroll service to provide timely and accurate reporting of all payroll transactions.  We also provide timely and accurate preparation and filing of Sales Tax returns

Quickbooks and/or Accounting Training

If you are already equipped to handle your accounting but have personnel that needs to be trained, we will work with them on all aspects of your accounting to get them up to speed
